1. Project Overview
[Project Name] Phase I is a comprehensive building complex integrating commercial and residential functions, consisting of 2 high-rise residential buildings, a shopping mall, and supporting commercial streets, with a total floor area of 100,000 square meters. Located in the city's central business district, the lighting needs to meet functional requirements while also aligning with the regional commercial atmosphere and residential comfort requirements. The previous lighting plan was rudimentary, with uneven brightness and severe glare, and urgently needed to be upgraded.
2. Design Concept and Plan
The commercial area, with its shopping mall façade lit up by RGB full-color projector lights, can switch between various lighting effects through an intelligent control system, creating eye-catching nightscapes to complement festive and promotional events. Linear light strips are installed on the entrance canopy to outline its shape and guide pedestrian flow. Retro-style lamps are installed along the commercial street, with hanging flower baskets as decorations. The light source is a 30W LED warm light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while highlighting the commercial style.
In the residential area, the entrance of each building is equipped with a facial recognition smart sensor light, which is convenient for residents to return home at night. The corridors use 10W LED sound and light-controlled energy-saving lights, which are energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The solar lawn lights are placed every 5 meters along the scenic walking path, providing soft light to ensure safety while walking, and blending in with the greenery to create a tranquil atmosphere.
